Privacy Policy

This app is run by Gonzalez Sports Performance LLC. It exists so coaches can program training and review video for their athletes. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed and we never see them.
- Profile information. Whatever you or your coach enters: name, graduation year, height, weight, bats and throws, team, goals, and injury history.
- Training data. The sessions assigned to you, the sets and weights you log, session notes, and bullpen results.
- Video you upload. Clips submitted for review, along with any coach markup or voice-over recorded on them.
We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. There is no analytics or advertising tracking in the app.
How it is used
Your information is used to run the app and nothing else: showing your coach your training, showing you your program, and storing your video so it can be reviewed. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
Athletes see their own data only. A coach sees the athletes on their own roster and nobody else's. This is enforced by the database itself, not just by the app.
Video you upload is visible to you and to your coach.
Where it is stored
Data and video are stored with Supabase, which hosts on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Traffic is encrypted in transit. You can read Supabase's own privacy terms at supabase.com/privacy.
Exercise demonstration videos are embedded from YouTube. Playing one is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Deleting your account
Go to the Me tab and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, training history, and uploaded video. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, email info@gsp-kc.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Athletes under 18
Athletes under 18 are added by their coach and should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app. If you are a parent and want your child's information removed, email info@gsp-kc.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Anything significant will be communicated in the app.
